Mānuka Honey Face Mask #supportingwomen
Made in Nelson
This one-of-a-kind face mask is a pot of pure liquid gold for the face; the perfect treatment for an instant intense hydration boost.
Mānuka Honey Face Mask is made with 40% REAL New Zealand Mānuka Honey (85+ Methylglyoxal Leptospermum Scoparium Mel), with a fragrance of fresh honeycomb direct from the South island beehives.
The honey is sourced from Bees Brilliance family beehives, located in the mountain valleys in the top of the South Island of New Zealand. Because of the remote and pristine environment, it is considered to be extremely high quality honey. This beautiful face mask also contains Bee Pollen Oil - a nutrient-rich organic oil, loaded with lots of vital proteins to help restore a natural healthy glow; Glycerin - a plant based humectant which helps to attract moisture to the skin; and Meadowfoam Oil - a unique fatty acid composition that helps to provide excellent nourishment.
All Bees Brilliance products use honey sourced from locally cared-for honey bee colonies in Nelson, New Zealand.
Maintaining and propagating flora that our bees really love helps support healthy pollinator populations. Planting wildflowers in your garden, at the office or school, are easy. Plus they’re particularly effective ways of helping keep our honey bees happy, healthy and doing the wonderful job we all take for granted. Bees Brilliance does their part in helping keep New Zealand's bee population alive and thriving, by promoting and selling Bee Blend Seed Bombs.
The Bees Brilliance brand was created in Brightwater, Nelson, NZ in 2015 by architectual designer, Julene Cropp, married to Matt Cropp, a 4th generation beekeeper. Julene's vision was to create good, natural skincare by women in the community, for women, to replace the multitude of products with complicated ingredients and synthetic fillers made in faceless factories.
Within a few short years, Bees Brilliance became a women's personal care manufacturing company. This means 90% of Bees Brilliance workers are women earning Living Wage upwards. Global research over the past decade has shown when women are paid a wage in a developing nation, they are more likely to spend it on feeding, clothing, educating and housing their children. When women are empowered children and communities thrive.Bees Brilliance also actively supports the Nelson Women’s Refuge Centre.
